Payment and Cancellation Policy:
In order for your tour to be confirmed, the 50% deposit has to be made upfront via bank transfer or PayPal..
However, the amount is 100% refundable if you decide to cancel your tour for whatever reason up to 3 days prior to your departure time. You may book your tour whenever is more convenient to you (subject to our availability), most of our guests though prefer to book their tour ahead of time in order not to worry again with the same travel arrangements/tours.

Travelers on a cruise ship, in case the specific cruise ship does not make it to Santorini due to weather circumstances or whatever reason your booking will be fully refunded. 

Cancellations of confirmed bookings:
– If you cancel more than 3 days(73 hours or more) in advance of your scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee and a 100 percent refund is being processed back to the original form of payment.
– If you cancel within 3 days (72 hours or less) of the scheduled departure or for a NON-SHOW there is a 100 percent cancellation fee, the amount is non-refundable for all participants involved.
– The above cancellation policy applies to all occasions and services sold on this website.

Covid-19 Note:
We understand the unpredictable times and challenging circumstances the Covid-19 outbreak has brought to the travel industry and airport regulations/airlines and cruise lines.
Therefore regardless of the occasion, Aegean Sunset Travelwith the fame of a top-rated Greek day tour operator assures each of our travelers that a 100% refund of their booked trips/travel services will be given directly regardless of the occasion as long it is requested within our cancellation policy period (3 days prior of departure). 
During Covid-19 most travel companies, agents and operators worldwide politely “push” their guests to alter/change the dates of their travel bookings for future dates rather than refunding their guests for their cancelled trips in order to ensure the “cash flow” for their businesses.

At  Aegean Sunset Travel we were against this tactic/practice from the very beginning and have proceeded with the 100% refund of all tours & experiences purchased through our website during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic that had not been able to operate due to the virus outbreak and travel restrictions.
Our first priority for us is the ultimate satisfaction of our guests and delivery of our experiences, we prefer to grow a sustainable and long-term relationship with our guests both personally and professionally.
